Why We Exist
Recovering the Story the Church Forgot
The crisis facing the Church today is not only moral or cultural—it is narrative.
Over time, the Bible has been fragmented into isolated doctrines, debates, and end‑times speculation. Israel faded from Christian imagination. The nations became secondary. Faith retreated into the private sphere.
When the Church forgets the story it stands in, it loses clarity, courage, and credibility.
Ambassadors Academy @ Asia exists to restore biblical memory—to recover the Bible as one coherent covenantal story, faithful to Israel, formative for the Church, and hopeful for the nations.
The Story We Stand In
One Covenant · One Story · One Faithful God
We teach the Bible as a single, unfolding story:
- Creation — God creates with purpose
- Fall — Creation and nations are fractured
- Israel — God chooses a people for the sake of the world
- Messiah — Jesus fulfils Israel’s story without erasing it
- Church — Gentiles are grafted in, not replacing Israel
- Nations — God’s Kingdom advances into public life
- New Creation — History is renewed, not discarded
This story is held together by God’s irrevocable covenants and culminates not in escape from the world, but in its restoration.

Our Foundations
The Framework Beneath Our Teaching
Our theological and biblical foundations are shaped by three complementary emphases:

Scripture and Covenant (Daniel I. Block)
Grounding our understanding of covenant as a relational, moral, and missional bond initiated by God. -
Covenant Continuity (Barry E. Horner)
Affirming the irrevocable nature of God’s promises to Israel, including land, nationhood, and election. -
Redemptive History (Gerald R. McDermott)
Articulating redemption as a covenantal story unfolding through history, culminating in the renewal of creation.
Together, these emphases help ensure biblical fidelity, covenantal integrity, and narrative coherence.
Who We Form
Ambassadors, Not Spectators
We do not exist merely to transfer information. We form ambassadors—leaders who:
- Know who they represent
- Understand the story they stand within
- Speak with wisdom in public and private spaces
- Serve both Church and society faithfully
An ambassador does not invent the message.
An ambassador represents it faithfully.
Our primary focus is on:
- Pastors and church leaders
- Marketplace and business leaders
- Educators and thinkers
- Public servants and policy influencers across Asia
How We Train
Formation Shaped by Covenant and Calling
Our programmes integrate:
- Covenant theology
- The Bible’s grand narrative (Creation to New Creation)
- Israel–Church relations
- Public theology and ethics
- Leadership in complex national and cultural contexts
Students are trained to:
- Read Scripture as one story, not fragments
- Resist ideological and theological distortions
- Engage culture with clarity, restraint, and courage
Our formation is rigorous, reflective, and rooted in Scripture. Teaching is combined with discussion, case studies, guided reading, and—where possible—on‑the‑ground exposure.
