Why would GOD interrupt the normal flow of time and seasons @ TISHRI and institute a brand new calendar @ NISAN ?
1.PEOPLE : First thing to take note is that the NEW CALENDAR @ NISAN was NOT intended for the people of the world BUT only for the people of the WORD.
2. PROGRAM : GOD has instituted a path, HIS Discipleship Program for His people, to follow from the time of their SALVATION to their GLORIFICATION. It is GOD’s personal intention that every person from the time of their “salvation” ( free from Satan’s rule ) to …
2.1. Find their God – Given Destiny ,
2.2. Follow Their God – Given Destiny and to
2.3. Fulfill their God – Given Destiny as we conclude our journey on earth.
It is for this reason that the Israelites had to …
- Come Out Of Egypt ;
- Go Through The Wilderness Following The Cloud + Fire ;
- Step Into Their Promised Land @ Canaan.
And because of our neglect of the Old Testament and failing to understand the template that GOD had given to ALL Christians through the BOOK OF EXODUS that just about every Christian today does NOT know what their God – Given Destiny Is, Not Following Their God – Given Destiny and will finally die without ever Fulfilling Their God – Given Destiny and on that DAY as you and I stand before JESUS we will be asked what we did with the “giftings + talents + nation ( s )” that HE had given us in order to Find, Follow & to Fulfill Our God – Given Destinies.
3. PROCESS : Just like we work during the day and sleep during the night ( devoting half the time to each ) GOD had divided His Calendar as such from NISAN TO TISHRI ( 6 MONTHS TO DISCOVER + DEVELOP + DISCHARGE ) and the remaining 6 months ( KESHAVAN TO ADAR 1/2 ) to go deeper into GOD and to discover “MORE OF GOD” and as we do we discover “MORE OF OURSELVES”.
